Ethics Waivers and Authorizations

The President has required all appointees across the Federal Government to sign the most stringent ethics code ever adopted by any White House. Limited waivers can be granted in the narrowest circumstances when necessary and in the public’s interest. As part of the Administration’s commitment to transparency, granted waivers are posted online.
